Getting to Wolfson Court

Wolfson Court is situated on Clarkson Road, to the west side of Cambridge. It is approximately fifteen-minutes walk from the city centre. 

Buses

There are regular buses from Cambridge city centre to Wolfson Court. Stagecoach service Citi 4 runs Monday-Saturday from Drummer Street (stop D3) to Grange Road, with a stop near the corner of Clarkson Road. A live timetable can be found here.


There are also regular buses from the main Cambridge (CGB) railway station to Wolfson Court. Whippet service "Universal" (or just "U") runs Monday-Saturday from the railway station (stop 8) to Grange Road, with a stop near the corner of Clarkson Road. There are no direct buses from Cambridge North (CMB) station to Wolfson Court.

Bicycle

Taxi

There are taxi ranks at the Cambridge (CBG) railway station and in the city centre.

By car

There is only limited visitor parking at Wolfson Court. If you have special access requirements, please contact the Wolfson Court Porter’s Lodge 01223 338 892.

Traveling North along the M11:

  • Exit at Junction13 onto the A1303. Continue along past the Colleges and lights turning Right into Grange Road.
  • Continue along Grange Road until you come to Clarkson Road on the Right.

Traveling West along the A14:

  • Continue past Cambridge until you see left exit for Huntingdon and the Midlands. Follow this round and continue along the slip road over the motor way and onto the A14 North. Stay on this traveling away from Cambridge. Keep going past the Crematorium until you can exit left, signed Dry Drayton with a flyover. Travel over the A14 and follow signs for Cambridge.
  • Continue along the A1307 (Huntingdon Road) past the College sports grounds, until you come to the right hand turn onto Storey's Way Follow past New Hall and Churchill College to the junction. Turn left then first right onto Grange Road, Continue along Grange Road until you come to Clarkson Road on the Right.

Traveling South along the A14

  • Continue along the A14 to Cambridge and continue left onto the A1307 until you reach the 40mph zone.
  • Continue along the A1307 (Huntingdon Road) past the College sports grounds, until you come to the right hand turn onto Storey's Way Follow past New Hall and Churchill College to the junction. Turn left then first right onto Grange Road, Continue along Grange Road until you come to Clarkson Road on the Right.

Traveling East along the A428:

  • Exit the A428 along the left hand slip road leading to Madingley. Follow signs for the A1303.
  • Continue past the American Cemetery and Colleges turning Right at the lights into Grange Road. Continue along Grange Road until you come to Clarkson Road on the Right.
