Here's what we’ve done so far during the academic years:

  • Fellows'/Postgraduate students Research Evenings featuring papers on the theme.
  • Online discussion on climate change at the December 2020 US event for alumni - view more.
  • Annual Signs of Spring Photo Competition held in 2021- view more.
  • In November 2021, a Panel discussion on climate change was held in College to coincide with COP 26 in Glasgow.
  • In Lent Term 2022, the Sensory Garden Competition was linked with the theme - view more.
  • In Easter term 2022, the College Chapel Evensong theme for the whole term was ‘Our Fragile Planet’ - view more.
  • Annual Signs of Spring Photo Competition 2022 - view more.
  • The 2023 Hammond Science Communication Prize was tied in with the theme - view more.
  • The 2023 Mountford Humanities and Arts Communications Prize was tied in with the theme - view more
  • In Lent Term 2023, we showcased research by students and Fellows on the theme ‘A Just World?’ to tie in with the World Day of Social Justice - view more.
  • In Michaelmas Term 2023, a students’ forum considered the display, treatment responsibilities of curating the artefacts in our small museum, The Lawrence Room.
