The Mistress, Professor Susan J. Smith, Dr Collin Constantine, Girton Fellow in Economics and Dr Kamiar Mohaddes, Macroeconomist at the Judge Business School, will discuss the future of the economy with eachother and alumni. 

Dr Collin Constantine

ColinCollin Constantine is a College Lecturer and Official Fellow of Economics at Girton College, University of Cambridge. His research focuses on Open Economy Macroeconomics and the Political Economy of Growth and Distribution. Collin holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Kingston University and taught at SOAS University of London before joining Cambridge in 2020. Dr Kamiar Mohaddes

Kamiar MohaddesKamiar Mohaddes is a macroeconomist at the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge and a Fellow in Economics at King’s College, Cambridge where he Co-Directs the King’s Entrepreneurship Lab. His main areas of research are applied macroeconomics, energy economics, economics of Middle East, and climate change. His articles have been published in a number of edited volumes as well as in leading journals, and have been covered in major international news outlets. He is currently a consultant at the Asian Development Bank and works with colleagues at KPMG and has previously served as a Departmental Special Advisor at the Bank of Canada, a consultant at the United Nations ESCWA, and a regular visiting scholar at the International Monetary Fund and the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research.
