Front of House Operator

Full time, 75 hours per fortnight (worked according to a rota – including evenings and weekends)

USSS Points – 28 – 29  - £26,707 to £27,319 (Depending on skills and experience)

We are seeking a Front of House Operator to join our team in the Catering Department. The purpose of this job is to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the Front of House including catering services to all required areas of the College.

This role would suit candidates with experience in a customer facing role, looking to take on more responsibility.  Knowledge and experience of working in a catering/conference environment is preferred but not essential, as our experienced team will provide training in all aspects of the role.  The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills, able to work with minimal supervision, taking responsibility for a whole range of tasks - and happy to manage a busy workload.
