On Saturday 7 November Girton College will be hosting a symposium in honour of Dr Carlo Acerini, formerly and much missed Fellow and Director of Studies in Medicine. The symposium (originally planned for April) will be held virtually on the afternoon of Saturday 7 November 2020 from 3.30pm to 6pm. This is our chance to mark Carlo's fantastic contribution to Girton medicine and College in general, after his sudden, unexpected death in May 2019.
The programme includes fascinating talks from current students and we also have one of Carlo's great friends, Professor Robert Tasker, speaking about Carlo's contribution to medicine.
To register for this event please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch with you nearer the time with the full programme and details on how to access the symposium on the day.
