We are delighted to welcome Professor Dame Lesley Regan to Girton College on Tuesday 30 January to discuss ‘A Personal and Professional Journey to Improve Women’s Health’ with the Mistress of Girton College, Dr Elisabeth Kendall. It is with great pleasure to also announce that Dame Lesley will also be admitted to the College as an Honorary Fellow in a private ceremony following this event.
Unfortunately, our much-anticipated 'in conversation' with Dame Lesley was thwarted by the national train strikes. Therefore the official ceremony of admission on 30 January 2024 was preceded by a shortened and improvised conversation and Q&A with the Mistress of Girton College, Dr Elisabeth Kendall, attended by students and Fellows.
