Grounds and Sports Facilities Manager
Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
£31,236 to £32,080 (FTE)

Girton College is seeking a Grounds and Sports Facilities Manager to join our Gardens and Grounds team in this newly created position. The purpose of the role is to maintain, manage and develop the sports grounds at the College and at its properties in Cambridge and be primary point of contact for sports related queries.
In addition to being responsible for the general maintenance, preparation and continuous improvement of Girton’s outdoor grounds areas and sports surfaces to the highest practicable level, duties will also include working with the Head of Welfare and Wellbeing to research, develop, cost and implement proposals for enhancement and promotion of Girton’s sports facilities to increase participation and exercise.
The ability to work positively as part of a team is essential for this role along with a passion for sport and the widening of access to sport.
