 General Conferencing FAQs

Day meetings and non-residential events can be held year round, accommodation is available in the long summer vacation with best availability in September. Exam term (April to early June ) is a quiet time in College so we don’t allow events with amplified music during those months.

Yes, we have free parking in Mares Run car park, accessible from Girton Road. 

We are happy to consider event sizes from very small (interviews) to very large (marquee receptions, filming). Room capacities with different set ups are shown in the room downloads.

We can take advance bookings up to 3 years ahead of the event and the minimum booking period is 2 weeks, is space is available. 

This isn’t permitted, but we provide an excellent range of catering on site to suit all tastes and budgets, including pay as you go options through the cafeteria

Yes, very welcome provided they are accompanied by adults.  Please ask for age appropriate menus when booking events which include children, we have a tried and tested range!
