On Sunday 19 May 2019 at a reception and lunch to celebrate the College’s 150th Anniversary at the Edinburgh Royal College of Physicians.
This event is open to Girtonians, family and friends to join members of the College for drinks and a buffet lunch in the beautiful Old Library. Our speaker for this occasion will be alumna Professor Wendy Savage (1953 Natural Sciences) advocate and campaigner for women’s rights in childbirth and fertility. She has recently been given the prestigious BMJ Award for ‘Outstanding Contribution to Health and Healthcare in the UK’
The event will start with reception drinks at 12 noon followed by a buffet lunch at 12.45pm. The dress code for the event is smart casual.
