Accommodation Manager

The Accommodation Manager will have overall administrative responsibility for Girton’s accommodation services including a new 325 bed development on the Northwest Cambridge site. 


The successful candidate will be a self-motivated senior level administrator educated to degree level or equivalent, with an experience of rented housing management gained from a student accommodation, housing association or similar environment, together with experience of effective use of housing or room booking software and laws relating to disability and housing. 


Previous experience of implementing housing processes and an understanding of how housing problems can contribute to stress and loss of well-being are essential as is the ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and empathetically in confidential situations, whilst using robust time management techniques to ensure deadlines are achieved.
