What do we have to pay and when to secure our event?

In order to secure your selected date at Girton College you will need to return a signed copy of the booking contract and payment of the initial 25% deposit (based upon an estimation of the overall event).

Once you have done this, your booking is confirmed. You will also be invoiced for a further 25% of the remaining balance, payment of which must be received prior to the date of the wedding.

The invoice for the outstanding balance will be issued on the first working day after the wedding day.
