Tours, Treasures and Tea

Alumni of all years are invited to take part in a number of activities across the College (families welcome). This will include a self-guided gardens tour, a self-guided estates tour, people's portraits viewings, exploring the Lawrence Room, a self-guided treasure hunt for children and lunch in the new Social Hub Cafe.

There will also be a visit to Eddington to view Yelena Popova's (Artist in Residence 2016-17) new tapestry (pictured above) which is a large tapestry recently designed for Storey Fields Community Centre in Eddington. Based on Hertha Ayrton (Girton alumna 1876) studies of electric arc and ripples in sand.
