Annual People's Portraits Reception with Pim Baxter OBE

All alumni and friends are warmly invited to the 2017 Girton College annual People's Portraits Reception at 4pm in the Fellows' Rooms on Saturday 23rd September.

This year's guest speaker will be Pim Baxter OBE, Deputy Director at the National Portrait Gallery. During her talk entitled A Portrait of Leadership, Pim will look at several portraits, ranging from Elizabeth I to present day and what they tell us about the individual as a leader.

Pim has worked across the arts including opera, visual arts and theatre. Prior to the National Portrait Gallery she spent eight years with the National Theatre.
