Friends of People's Portraits

The Friends and Patrons of People's Portraits are key to providing the resources the College needs to promote the exhibition and assist with the on-going maintenance of this expanding collection. People's Portraits is continually growing thanks to the on-going generosity of those newly-elected members of the Royal Society of Portrait Painters who donate a portrait to the collection.

As a Friend of People's Portraits you will be invited to the annual People's Portraits reception at which a new portrait will be officially unveiled. Patrons – who also include those who feel able to make occasional significant donations to support areas of need, for instance hanging and photographing new portraits or covering annual costs – will be invited to the Private View of the Royal Society of Portrait Painters annual exhibition at the Mall Galleries in London.
