Jane Martin Poetry Prize - winner announced
We are pleased to announce that Jane Yeh is the winner of the 2012 Jane Martin Poetry Prize. Jane Yeh is a American poet now resident in the UK. Her first collection was published by Carcanet. She also teaches Creative Writing at Oxford Brookes University.
Now in its second year, the Jane Martin Poetry Prize is a key part of the College's support for poetry. The competition is judged by experts drawn from across the literary world and academia; this year the panel included Bernard O'Donoghue and Gwyneth Lewis.
The prize will be presented on 10 May 2012 by the founder, Professor Sir Laurence Martin.
