UCAS Form
The UCAS Form is to be completed by all applicants
- You are required to complete this form to apply to any university in the UK.
- If you are from the UK or EU you must submit the form by 15th October 2012 for application for entry in 2013 or deferred entry in 2014.
- For students from other countries the deadline for submission of your UCAS form will vary depending on which country you wish to be interviewed in, if invited. Check the relevant pages on the University website.
Supplementary Application Questionnaire (SAQ)
The Supplementary Application Questionnaire (SAQ) is to be completed by all applicants
- This is a Cambridge-specific form which allows us to collect full and consistent information on our applicants, allowing our decisions to be as fair as possible.
- Once your UCAS form has been submitted you will receive an email providing you with a link to the SAQ and a password. Applicants will then need to complete the form online and submit it by 22nd October 2012.
- If you do not submit the SAQ by this deadline your application will not be considered complete and will therefore be invalid.
Extenuating Circumstances Form
The Extenuating Circumstances Form is to be completed by the referee of any applicant who has extenuating circumstances that should be considered along with their application.
Biomedical Admissions Test
Applicants for Medicine and Veterinary Medicine must register for the Biomedical Admissions Test (BMAT) by 30th September.
Choral Award Application Form
The application process for Choral Awards takes place after the academic assessment of candidates has been completed. Therefore only candidates who hold an offer of a place at the College will be eligible to apply for a Choral Award. Once applicants have received an offer of a place in January they are asked if they wish to apply for a Choral Award, and will need to complete a Choral Award Application Form by the given deadline. Further details can be found on the University website.
