Wolfson Court

Wolfson Court opened in 1972 as Girton's second site. Home to the majority of graduate students and a number of second and third year undergraduates, ‘Wolfie’ has a convenient location and substantial facilities, which are available to all members of the College.

Situated between Girton and the town centre, Wolfson Court is next door to the Centre for Mathematical Sciences and a short cycle from the Downing Site and West Cambridge. This makes it an ideal location for Girton’s scientists. The University Library and the Sidgwick Site, where most arts lectures are held, are also nearby and easily accessible on foot.

Wolfson Court has an excellent cafeteria, its own library, a computer room, laundry, bar and TV room, and supervision rooms. There is also a lounge and a series of landscaped courtyards offering attractive spots to work, eat or relax.
