Girton College Music Society, Michaelmas Term 2009

The programme of concerts to be given by the Girton College Music Society in Michaelmas Term 2009 is now available.
It includes Sunday afternoon concerts held at 2.30pm in the Stanley Library. Admission is free and members of the public are welcome to attend. The first concert is this Sunday, 18 October 2009, and features a selection of music performed by Girton's first-year undergraduates. Later concerts this term include music by Mozart, Monteverdi, Purcell, Bach, Schubert, Schumann, Rutter and Britten.
Further information about the 140th Anniversary Concert at Goldsmiths' Hall in London, with the London Mozart Players and Girton College Chapel Choir, is also available.
