NEWS
New look College website : The College website has undergone a comprehensive redesign recently we hope will make the site easier to navigate and more useful for everyone.
New ‘People’s Portraits’ : The Chief Executive of the Royal Academy of Arts, Dr Charles Saumarez Smith, unveiled two new portraits which will be added to the ‘People’s Portraits’ exhibition. The exhibition is open daily from 2pm – 4pm or at other times by prior arrangement, for any enquiries, call 01223 338901 or e-mail peoplesportraits@girton.cam.ac.uk
EVENTS
24th October 2008: The Infidel Boat Club Dinner
As before The Infidel Boat Club dinner will be held at the Oxford and Cambridge Club, Pall Mall, London. Please see the above link for full details and information on how to join TIBC.
30th October 2008: Alumni Formal Hall
Girtonians are invited to join current students and Fellows at Formal Hall. Places are limited so please book early.
26th November 2008: Life after Girton dinner and talks
Five alumni from a range of career backgrounds will be returning to the College to talk to students and alumni over drinks and dinner. Look out for details on our events page
29th November 2008: Alumni Football and Rugby Matches
The annual ‘old boys’ rugby and football matches will be taking place on the College’s redeveloped pitches for the first time. In another first there will also be a women’s football fixture, and we hope this will become a regular event.
21st February 2009: Geographical Society Dinner

3rd April 2009: 10 and 15 Year Reunion for those who matriculated in 1994 and 1999

25th April 2009: Medical Reunion Dinner
This year over 200 current and former medical students, Fellows and their guests attended the inaugural Medical Reunion Dinner in April. We expect the next occasion to be just as successful!
