Girton College Library
The College Library is one of Girton’s greatest assets. With a stock of some 95,000 books and a substantial holding of periodicals, it has one of the largest and most self-sufficient of the student collections in Cambridge.
Girton Library also holds Archival and Special Collections which are an important resource in the study of women’s history. Particularly strong are our holdings of material on nineteenth century feminism, women’s higher education and women’s social history, from the early nineteenth century to the present.
More information about the Library, the Archive and the Special Collections can be found on the Library’s own website at www-lib.girton.cam.ac.uk/
