In February 2010 Council approved an updated corporate records management policy.
The Semi-Current Records Store (SCRS)
The records store is now fully operational. Guidance about how the records management system works at Girton College, including details of how to send files to the store, retrieve them when needed and information about data protection and freedom of information can be found on the College intranet.

Records Management Project
The original project to introduce records management to Girton College began in October 2002 following the appointment of the College’s first Records Management Officer. Read her Project Report (pdf version) which sets out the project plan and objectives.
