Data Protection
Under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 you may ask the College for any information it processes about you as an individual. If you wish to make an enquiry about data that relates to yourself, then please complete the College’s Subject Access Request Form, which is also available in hard copy from the College’s Data Protection Co-ordinator. Please return the completed form to the Data Protection Co-ordinator. Please note that there will usually be a charge of £10 for this service and that the College will normally have 40 days to respond to your request.
